ShareAction is a campaigning group leading the push to make the financial system a force for good. Having built a reputation within the industry as challenging but pragmatic partners, we began working with them at a critical juncture in their development, as the organisation set its strategic goals for the next decade.
We initially were asked to look at reframing the organisation’s values and mission to bridge its diverse audiences. It soon became clear there was a wider need to simplify the language being used across the organisation’s core work and strategy. Our work evolved into creating an entirely new core narrative for ShareAction’s work, supporting them in transforming their messaging across their activities, as well as beginning to plan how this new approach can be integrated across its communications and public campaigning.
Communicating about a complex solution to a complex problem in a simple way is never easy, but we achieved a positive result in this instance by undergoing a thorough analysis of what made the organisation and its approach unique, boiling down the key components into simple, clear language, immediately understandable to any audience.

What we did
Reframing the work of the organisation as a collective endeavour everyone can shape: ‘Our money can change everything’
